Management and Coordination
Hey
someone has to lead and manage, right?
PURRS
needs people who are able to lead and manage groups
of volunteer and to direct initiatives
Roles
available:
1.
Volunteer coordinator- This is a delicate
balance between recruitment, retention and having
fun. Not for the faint of heart. A good role for an
outgoing, easy going sort with PEOPLE management
skills.. (military anyone??).. and not easily
angered or stressed. A great learning experience...
put this on your resume, will you!
2.
Store coordinator (Niles PetSmart, Romeoville
Petco, Naperville Petco)- First point of contact for
all goings on with PURRS cats at that store.
includes direct line to board and director, and
coordination of cat intake, placement, volunteer and
veternary care.
3. TNR
initiative coordinator- TNR expert or willing to
be expert to work together with
www.ferealfixers.org and other local groups to
define our TNR plan and services. Heavy networking.
4.
Special Event coordinator- Need I say more? You
guys know what this means.
